克莉絲蒂逝世後，她的遺產承繼人限制所有改編故事必須要以二十年代作為背景，就算是改編成電影也不能避免。現在這限制已解除，巴斯高．杜馬是第一個把握這機會的導演，但相信絕對不會是最後一個。
